This is my story:

This is a true recollection of growing up with undiagnosed PTSD, constantly being so overwhelmed with fear and anxiety that there was no room for a deep sense of self-worth and confidence to be formed.

Travelling through the ecstasy filled rave scene in the late 90s, living for the weekend, only to receive the slap in the face that comes with Heroin and Crack addiction.

Delving into the into the deep, dark journey of self-discovery that comes after rehab. Having to re-learn the everyday habits and behaviours, which most people pick up as children and young adults.

A vulnerable account of what it really takes to fight the battle of insecurity and anxiety in everyday life, covering everything from sex to sport.
